The Sailor Quartet - manga coloring and animation

I participated in an animated GIF contest on The Glaxay Cauldron forums and decided to step it up a notch.  Instead of simply making a gif from a favorite anime scene I decided to color and animate something myself from the manga! However simple it is, this was a fun and challenging project as my animation experience was next to none.
